What we store on your phone

A visitor id (random). Pages you opened. Projects you opened. Get a Deal taps. Pins you saved. If you leave a name and mobile, an unlock timestamp for 30 days.

What the app writes on the server

Lead rows go to data/leads.jsonl and data/leads.csv inside this project. A workbook under data/leads/ keeps four files: leads, deals, tours, sessions. Each row has a submitted_at timestamp. Session rows store visitor id, path, gate vs unlocked, and a lead id if you sent one.

What we do not do

No public phone, email, or WhatsApp on the site. No contact page. No sale of the list. No third-party login in this build. After a valid lead the line is: Our team will connect.

Unlock

Name + Indian mobile (10 digits, 6–9). That visitor id stays unlocked for 30 days. Browse, photos, map, plans, and RERA stay free. Get a Deal and Book visit use the form.
